Going to the Dentist is not one of my favorite things either...but who's is it?? I was there today with my husband. The cost is astronomical! I try to think of something pleasant too when I'm being hit with the needle. Your kitchen pics are really pretty. I love older kitchens, so much charm. Mine is from 1960 and I have a reason to be embarrased to post!! One day I'll have a new one that's made to look old! I loved your daughters violin poem. My huband has been taking lessons for 2 years now on the violin. Hope you enjoyed your cup of tea when you got home!! Mary
Katherine, When I had some oral surgery done in Dec. I had to have my lip numbed. You better believe I closed my eyes, 'cause I didn't want to see that big old needle and squeeze trigger coming at me!!! LOL But aside from the initial pinch, it didn't bother me at all. If I ever have to endure another oral procedure, I will try to employ your pleasant thoughts visualization. Hope all is well. It is rainy, cold, and blustery here in OH. I want SPRING!! ~ Sue
Dentist visits are not much fun for anyone I do not think. But I do like your way of getting through the shots.I am dreaming of Flowers and pathways and I did not have to be in the dentist chair,Spring please hurry on in.
Do hope your feeling better. I think everyone hates going to the dentist. Guuurrrrl I want that kitchen sink. I found a similar sink in the trash pile and of course I couldn't let it be thrown away. I plan on making a potting bench out of it. I adore all your pooches, I'm a sucker for any kind of pets. I hope you'll join my Feb. 27 for my first "Project Friday". I just know you have a project going on you could post about. Hugs, Rosemarie

Good evening,
ReplyDeleteI just got my braces off, but they were definitely worse coming off than being put on -- somewhere between a root canal and a filling.
The violin poem was great - my brother in NY makes and repairs violins so it means much to me to read such a poem.
Take care,
Jane
I forgot to thank you for the link for the "crisco free" icing. Thanks, I really appreciate it.
