OH My!! I can't believe your daffodils are in bloom already. I haven't even seen mine poke threw the ground yet. I love coconut and that cake looks soooo good. (I have the same cake dish) When you get the recipe you will have to share it! I feel the same way about hot cross buns and stollen when they come out. It's a good thing they are seasonal! The flowers is a Jonquil. This is my favorite flowers.In the spring you see them all along the road side here an fields that used to be old home places. I love coconut and the cake looks yummy.

We just call them daffodils -- and the ones with white petals are what we call jonquils.
